Hi.  It's Mike.  Kim and I would like to welcome you to KennebunkportVacationHomes.com.   This is where you will you find wonderful accommodations close to everything there is to see and do in Kennebunkport, Maine.  If you've been to Kennebunkport in the past, you know how special it is.  If you've never been to Kennebunkport, get ready to fall in love.

Kim's Mom was born and raised in Kennebunkport, where her family has a rich history steeped in the tradition of shipbuilding, textile manufacturing, fishing and tourism.   Her love of Kennebunkport brought us back to her family's home town for vacation and relaxation.  And since we've been in the vacation rental market for more than twenty years, we decided to add Kennebunkport to our portfolio of family vacation rentals so we could enjoy it more ourselves, and make it available to others who love Kennebunkport.   

We currently have three exceptional homes available for you to reserve.  They are The Sea View Cottage, The Historic Seaward Cottage, and The Sea Breeze Cottage ,  Seaward Cottage  was the original home of the Seaward's, which was Kim's mother's childhood home.  This historic family home is walking distance to Dock Square and will available mid 2022.

Sea Breeze Cottage is a 4500 square foot 5 bedroom home that is just a short drive downtown Kennebunkport and Maine's top beaches. From this wonderful home you'll enjoy the sounds, smells and ocean breezes that come with every visit to Kennebunkport.  After a day at the beach, you can enjoy an evening campfire with family, friends, and fine wine on the slate patio.

Sea View Cottage is a 3000 square foot colonial cottage is a 4+ bedroom / 4 bath that sits on over 2 private acres of manicured land atop Seaward Cove overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. This property is comfortable enough for a couple with all first-floor living, or a grand enough for families that need lots of sleeping and entertaining space.   It features a first-floor Master Suite, 2 second floor master suites, and a separate second floor entrance to a large King bonus bedroom with a king-size bed, a twin bed, a bonus den/sleeping space.

Sea View Cottage features historic wide-plank wood flooring, 2 indoor wood fireplaces, a large seating island kitchen with granite counters, and a dining room with a fireplace.  The custom slate patio has it's own outdoor fireplace, lots of dining space and a large barbecue gas grill. Off the patio is an outdoor wood fireplace and a large fire pit overlooking Seaward Cove and the Atlantic Ocean. There's even an outdoor shower and a playhouse for the kids.    Any time, except for extreme low-tide, the dock is great for fishing, swimming, paddle boating, paddle boarding, kayaking and happy hours!   Early America comes alive from this waterfront gem, where you'll enjoy the sights, sounds, salty air of Maine's beautiful coast.

You'll enjoy 2+ private acres, a private dock, large grassy yard and stunning views of Seaward Cove and the Atlantic Ocean. This New England style home has everything you need for a wonderful couples getaway, a family or friends vacation, small wedding services, family reunions and girl-cations.

The Historic Seaward Cottage   This charming and historic New England cape has been completed renovated and restored and features a large kitchen with eating island, elegant quartz counter tops, a large dining space, and living room with a stone fireplace on the main floors. The second floor features. 3 bedrooms (2 kings, 1 queen), and a full bath with walk-in shower. The third floor features a large sleeper bonus room with 4 twin beds, and room for more sleeping capacity. The home has all-new kitchen appliances, full laundry, wifi, central heating and cooling, a covered front porch, a 3-season sun room for office space and reading, and a rear deck and large, private back yard for partying and barbecuing. 

This wonderful, historic family home has been enjoyed and cherished by the Seaward's for generations, and now it's available to anyone who loves Kennebunkport and wants to make memories with their family and friends. What's even better is you're walking distance to town, bars, restaurants, shops, events, and the beautiful Kennebunk River, where you can watch the tide and boats come in and out.  The charm of this early 20th century architecture comes alive in red, white and blue, all with a 21st century flare.
