RATES: $850/night - $2,400/night
FOR A LIMITED TIME: SPECIAL DOUBLE COUPLE RATE
TAKE 25% OFF ANY BOOKING FOR OCTOBER, NOVEMBER, JANUARY, FEBRUARY or MARCH FOR UP TO 4 GUESTS.
- Winter and Spring Rates: January through mid-May: $850/night or $5,600/week - Rates are for up to 8 guests. $50/night for each additional guest. This permits us to charge a lower overall rate for smaller groups and families. There are no booking fees when booked directly with us
- Summer Rates: Memorial Day weekend through Fall Foliage Season (mid October): $2,000/night for up to 8 guests. $100/night for each additional guest. There is a 5-night minimum rate for all bookings less than 5 nights. 4-night stays considered for September and October depending upon availability. There are no additional booking fees when booked directly with us.
- Autumn Rates: Mid October through December: $850/night or $5,600/week - 3-night minimum rate applies for all bookings less than 3 nights. Rates are for up to 8 guests. $50/night for each additional guest. Parties of 4 or less receive a 25 percent discount. There are no additional booking fees when booked directly with us.
- Holiday Weeks: Easter Week, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years ~ Additional $1,500 per booking.
- Maine charges an 9% lodging tax on all hotels, motels, campgrounds, resorts and short-term rentals under 28 days in length.
- $300 cleaning fee is added to the total.
- Additional or mid-week cleanings: $250
- A guest is defined as anyone over the age of 1

Enjoy this 4500 square foot Kennebunkport New England style home. Kennebunkport Sea Breeze Cottage is a welcome addition to our portfolio of family vacation rentals.
With over 500 5-star reviews on our vacation homes in Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Colorado and Aruba, we're proud to add this exceptional Kennebunkport cottage to our portfolio of family vacation homes. It's especially gratifying because Kim's family was born and raised here and has had long-established roots going back over 100 years.
From this wonderful home you'll enjoy the sounds, smells and ocean breezes that come alive in Kennebunkport.
After a day at the beach, you can enjoy an evening campfire with family, friends, and fine wine on the patio. There are dozens of area restaurants, pier bars and cafe's that you'll just love. Shops, antique dealers, bike rentals, and live entertainment will make for a fun and adventurous stay.
The Cottage:
This cottage is 4500 square feet, has 6 bedrooms and 5 baths, including 3 master suites, plus a large sleeper loft that sleeps six.
The three master suites feature King size beds - one on the first floor and two on the second floor, plus an additional king bedroom on the second floor with an adjoining bathroom . There's also a queen bedroom on the first floor with an adjoining bedroom. On the third floor there are two queen beds and two twin beds, which is great for all the kids or young families.
The home and grounds are professionally maintained and the home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between guests.

Please know that we welcome couples, families and groups of all sizes. We even offer friendly discounts for couples between September and May.
